Loose Wire by Vox Redux published on 2021-01-04T23:32:22Z It starts with a binaural recording of my front yard during the pandemic in Virginia (headphones recommended). Then some whales introduce waves breaking at Leadbetter beach in Santa Barbara while it starts to rain. When the music finally starts, Bill Bruford's drums and Adrian Belew's guitar play along with my Chapman Stick to evoke some Crimson. The song ends after something goes horribly wrong inside the Painted Cave at Santa Cruz Island, but it was probably just a loose wire. Thanks to Guy Guden's Space Pirate Radio on Twitch (midnight PST every Sunday) for the inspiration. Also, thanks to the 1944 movie 'The Uninvited' for providing my covid mantra, "You haven't a thing to worry about." Genre Rock
