The widespread silence of the British media on the growing hate crime and Islamophobic sentiments within Britain has only proved that there is a considerable bias in the way Muslims are presented and portrayed on news and other media coverages. Join us today as we discuss and try to address the misinformed perceived notions regarding Islam in Britain as well as emphasising that Muslims and Islamic teachings are in no way a threat to British way of life. In the show we will discuss the impacts of plastics on people and the environment including how tourism contributes massively to plastic waste. We'll suggest ways we could reduce our plastic waste as well as initiatives by the government and the jamaat to manage this issue.
