Marco Scherer presents his Villa Violet debut EP on vinyl :) Yes, after several years of releasing digitally and on CD I've got my new vinyl coming in July: the "Say Hello EP" by Villa Violet on Martin Eyerer's Session Deluxe recordings. The vinyl can be pre-ordered at http://www.deejay.de/Say_Hello_Ep__101401 The EP comes with two originals: Woody and Fear. Both tracks are true dancefloor fillers. Woody is in a techno mood, with with heavy rolling basslines. Weird sounds, beeps and bleeps with a trancy melody break. Fear is a bit more minimal, and with a dark atmosphere. Very sppoky and pyramided sounds in it. Both of these tracks a totally untypical for Session Deluxe, but it feels more than right. Next to the originals, we have two stunning remixes on this release. Hans Thalau, tooks Woody and is reducing it to a typical Hans Thalau Deep House track. Soulful, warm and groovy. That s for what his productions are famous. He did a very good job with this remix. The second remix of Woody is made by the newcomer Raphael Dincsoy. For him it s his debut on Session Deluxe. He is again a bit more in techno. Kicking and driving beats are building up this mix form second to second. He creates a very special and catchy atmosphere with a heroic break in the middle. We can promise a screaming crowd while playing this remix in the club. It s definitely big room sound! All in, it is a bick package with great originals and very interesting new interpretations.
