Days of the Crown by Tara Bianca published on 2021-02-06T01:32:14Z During a time of global pandemic, I found myself returning to my original instrument: the piano. This album is intended to reflect the evolution of La Corona, or the Crown, as the days unfolded; while simultaneously reflecting my own emotional fluctuations and adaptive response during a most bizarre period in history. For example, Before Her Reign was written some time before the official lockdown in New York City. The Coronation was written on my first day of confinement. Day Three of the Crown was written on my third day of confinement, and so on. All songs were composed and recorded between March 2020 and July 2020. I am a licensed massage therapist and holistic health practitioner by profession. To date, at the ripe age of 40, this is the first time I have ever shared any original piano compositions. All songs were recorded in a small one-bedroom apartment in New York City, with minimal equipment. Please use headphones or an external speaker for optimal listening.
