Excogitatoris Autoportante (the Thinker) demonstrates how English sentences are being digitally represented by custom software for language generation and representation as sequences of sounds and experienced as musical abstraction. In broader sense the artistic use of a computer code to convert one media form such as text into another such as music questions the notion of an artwork being created and appreciated in terms of one particular medium only.
