Anita Ivette Ferrer/Asbury Park Angel anita ivetter ferrer Browns Mills, NJ Anita’s musical journey has also spanned many years of health challenges, (Lyme disease, Chronic Bronchitis, Chronic Fatigue, and since 2007, TMJ-Dystonia), making her more empathetic to the plight of the sorrowful and suffering people she meets in her travels. She has ministered her music to the incarcerated, in maximum state prisons, correctional Facilities, to the elderly in nursing homes and youth in tristate area churches. Anita was ordained as a reverend in 2016 and ministers through prophetic worship and psalms. Her motivation no longer is getting a record deal or touring, but that her prayer is that people find hope and healing through relationship with Jesus Christ, her lord and Savior and the greatest physician. Whether she composes rock, jazz, soul or pop, the messages is always revelatory and emancipating to the listener!
