AZADÎ Malmö AZADÎ: A Kurdish woman born in Denmark with a strong urge to deconstruct systems of oppression and a deep passion for activism through art and music. Deeply in love with afro/oriental house, tech house, house and peak time/driving techno. Fueled by a strong freedom seeking and rebellious spirit, which brought me to complete enlightenment through electronic music. 🎵🎧 my journey towards freedom also reflects in my DJ name Azadî, which simply means freedom in Kurdish. Freedom is my biggest motivation and this is something I hope will shine through my music and performances. I get inspired by people and through honest interaction with people and I think that is exactly what electronic music can do.
