Nasty Women Newcastle Podcast by The Art Of After Podcast published on 2017-05-12T13:03:10Z For our first podcast we decided to document the phenomenal success of the Newcastle -Upon-Tyne branch of Nasty Women, a global art movement that serves to demonstrate solidarity among artists who identify with being a Nasty Woman in the face of threats to roll back women’s rights. The podcast was recorded in front of a live (and extremely enthusiastic) audience, at Byker Community Centre on Friday 5th of May, 2017, and features interviews from artists, organizers and audience members, plus music and poetry.
