Prior to DMG, Ms. Basu served as the HR manager at one of the largest global telecom companies where she oversaw operations of over 130 employees in the United States. As the Head of Human Resources at DMG, Ms. Basu manages all HR functions and provides guidance to employees relative to their rights and responsibilities in the areas of Equal Employment Opportunity, Family Medical Leave Act, Employment Agreements and related human resources policies.
