Marble Waves Marble Waves: where an effortless blend of harmonies, dreamy guitar play and traces of progrock find each other. The folkband was found by singer/songwriter Laila Mol, who in the very early stages connected with guitarist Frank Geerlings and singer/songwriter Eveline Haverlag. In this trio formation the band earned its name: Marble Waves. In 2018 drummer Rutger Louwerse joined the band and Rob Smit recently completed the formation on bass. For the band music forms a solid foundation to draw back on in life. The waves symbolize the ever changing shapes of sound, progress and openness to the future and the marble forms the solid ground on which we grow. Marble Waves has big plans for a ‘coming out’ in December and her first EP will be recorded in January 2019.
