KZMU News: Thursday December 13, 2018 by KZMU News published on 2018-12-13T20:05:58Z Is it possible to rethink our roles as consumers, collaborate on a community level, and start treating our trash like a resource? The Resiliency Hub thinks it is. That's why they've teamed up with WabiSabi and Upcycle Santa Fe to bring an Ubuntu Blox workshop to Moab. Ubuntu Blox are dense bales of compressed plastic and Styrofoam waste, formed with a wooden press. The team will build an upcycled bench at KZMU this Saturday using the newly built press, which is now a community resource. Tune in to learn more about the Ubuntu Blox process, and check The Resiliency Hub's Facebook page for more information on this weekend's workshops. Genre News & Politics
