DJ Ben Phillips Ben Philipson Born just outside of London in a county called Hertfordshire. 22 year old Ben Phillips was immersed in the house & dance music scene from an early age. In his early teens he was inspired watching the best artists in the world performing at festivals like Ultra & Tomorrowland. As he got older he purchased his first pair of decks and started to practise to craft whenever he could. Ben went to university at the age of 18 where he got his first DJ residency playing the club Fiction in Stoke-On-Trent which only amplified his love of good music. This really accelerated Bens passion for Djing where he grew in confidence in playing for large crowds at the age of 19 and started to build regular gigs. When COVID hit in early 2020 Ben started to work on his production side of music more by doing mashups and remixes. Within 4 months of starting he won the UK's biggest mashup competition by TheMashupUk beating some of the biggest mashup artists in the world. Since then Ben has regularly uploaded mashups and amassed over 250,000 plays in 18 months of starting with plays from likes of Diplo & Moguai. He also managed to win the UK's biggest DJ & Mixing competition in 2020 called MixMaster out of 400 Uk DJ's. Since the return of clubs Ben has gone strength to strength playing some of the biggest clubs across the UK and working on his own original production sound culminating in his debut single 'Loving You' out now on V Records.
