PULSATE: A Vampire Musical Pulsate Musical Houston PULSATE: A Vampire Musical, created by Faith Fossett, is an immersive, electronic synth-pop theatrical experience following the story of present day vampires, witches, and werewolves, performed outside the traditional musical theatre formula. The show features dramatic stylized movement, fight scenes, trapeze and silks surrounding the audience throughout the entire house. The music is composed using real instruments and software instruments via a digital audio workstation. The music is a mix of synth-pop, electronica, and dream pop, paired with a story flavored in current pop culture, deadpan, and paranormal romance.
