There is a move in Congress to reform the food stamp program which has seen huge increases in participants over the last 10 years at a large cost to us tax payers. Those who need the extra help should get it, but what about those who can work and don't, but are still given the handout? Today I talk to Kristina Rasmussen of the Foundation for Government Accountability about how the new law passed by the House (but not in the Senate) will get more people back to work and self-sufficient.
