Granular, sculpted sounds drip through your speakers like a digital rendering of spring rain. This is the kind of immaculate, detailed musical architecture that our next guest specializes in. Electric Indigo, also known as Susanne Kirchmayr, has been a staple in the European music scene for over 25 years. During this time she has produced works for concert spaces, clubs, sound installations and occasionally for stage plays and short films. With an inherent sense of diversity present in all her works, she has also made waves with her female:pressure events, which continue to provide a platform for female artists to this day. With her recently well-received album out on Robert Henke's Imbalance Computer Music imprint, she has pulled her sound even further into a distinctive kind of sonic chasm. Impressed as we were, we simply could not resist asking her to provide us with a unique sound bath just for UNRUSH. Let it wash over you.. you won't need an umbrella!
