Nathan Petersen on all things strings and the main songwriter joins Michelle Fitness on vocals, solid rhythm guitar and relentless stomp box Two Tears in a Bucket have toured from Northern Queensland to Central Victoria. In 2017 they recorded their "Debut EP" . In 2018 they played Bendigo Blues and Roots Festival and toured extensively. 2019 they played Mitchell Creek Rock and Blues Festival and Blues on Broadbeach and Airlie Beach Festival of Music to rave audience reviews and were booked to play at Agnes Waters Blues Roots and Rock Festival in 2020. Nathan Petersen is a journeyman songwriter. His street kid punk roots blend with his respect and understanding of traditional blues and roots. An astounding talent for slide guitar, Nathan sings and writes about what he knows best, surviving on the edge and having a damn fine time doing it. In 2017 he joined forces with Northern Rivers powerhouse vocalist Michelle Fitness and they formed TWO TEARS IN A BUCKET. TWO TEARS IN A BUCKET have toured extensively along the Eastern Australian seaboard and inland areas Performing mainly as a duo, they have also added a rhythm section which currently consists of Beck Flatt ( Zee Starr Trinity, Mason Rack Band, West Texas Crude) on drums and percussion.
