Living in Japan in a one room apartment, soundtracked by the mighty riddims coming from Helgeland 8 Bit Squad, Jody Bigfoot started to pen the foundations of the almighty rap duo Trinity Lo Fi. The sudden death of a best friend brought the wandering Sasquatch back to the UK, where he was able to link back up with the local prodigy Louie Zico, a child hood friend who soon became the magic dust that would complete the Trinity. Intent on making heads nod and drop into the sublime, Trinity Lo Fi bring a diverse range of MC styles to the table, on the vast variety of backings provided by the Bit Squad. Lo Fi. Love Life. Helgeland 8 Bit Squad Bio: Born and raised in the majestic serenity of Helgeland, coming from a jazz and rock background, Mathias and Didrik started making laptop reggae riddims in 2011 after listening to the productions of Disrupt and Maffi. Quickly proceeding to have regular production sessions in each others apartments, they very soon got a wealth of attention on the soundcloud community, undoubtedly due to their relentless work ethic and high standard of reggae inspired basslines and 8 bit melodies. After joining Lambsbread Soundsystem (NO) they started doing live shows, and have played their hugely popular self styled riddims and special reserve dubplates alongside vocalists such as Echo Minott, Ham der Hasse, Soom T, Speng Bond and Jahvice.
