Too Left 2 Be Right Too Left 2 Be Right Rome Too Left 2 Be Right was formed in Rome in March 2012 and is composed of PieX (vocals and sampler), Fabrizio Sclano (guitar), Mauro Borioni (drums) and Marco Termine (bass). The only rule that the group has set, is not to have any, but to try and compose with absolute freedom, giving voice to the musical influences of each member. The band has worked hard since the very beginning. Within the first few months the first EP was recorded with the title "Life, music and other funny tragedies" which was very well received. Radio Rock and Radio Popolare have supported this first release and have regularly included the songs in their playlists. Both broadcasters have invited the band to play live in their studio. The live activity is giving the band the most satisfaction: "We have met some great people and shared the stage with great bands. The most challenging and fun live experience was the Hot Head Show. We had the honour to play with the British band led by Jordan Copeland (son of Stewart, drummer of The Police) back from a world tour along with Primus. As to the future, there are no limits. We only know that we want to have fun and there is a lot of work to do. We do not believe in contests or easy shortcuts. We believe in hard work, concerts and composing songs with the greatest level of freedom, always putting our friendship and music before any commercial logic". Strengthened from the live activity in Italy, the group has now released its first full length: "SOS Mall". Ten songs in which a solid foundation of hard rock is mixed with funk, crossover, hip hop, punk, alternative ... Many people have found our sound istied to the '90s and to bands that were the stars of that decade such as Faith No More, Rage Against The Machine, Primus and Soundgarden. The last track on the disc (a hidden track) has a genesis which is a bit 'special’, becoming a sort of social experiment: "Through our facebook page we have posted the song's chorus, inviting anyone who wants, to sing it and record their voice. We then collected all the files sent via email to jointly build a "gigantic chorus" which wasinserted at the end of the album. The response was amazing, and we also received many recordings from musician friends with whom we have shared the stage. At the end of the song you can also hear the funny contribution of John Macaluso (the drummer of Ark, James LaBrie Band, Malmsteen, Symphony X)." We are currently preparing a professional videoclip for "Shopping Bag", the fourth track of the album. One of the targets was to create an album without drops in quality, an album that keeps a high standard from the start to the end.
