I started out as a "lone wolf" residential real estate agent. I didn't join a company because I was too stubborn, so I didn't even know an agent I could ask questions of. How I survived is a miracle in itself but I've taken notes all along the way. I'm close to retirement so it's time for me to "pay it forward" and offer some help and advice to other agents who might be drifting or struggling. An amazing 90% of new residential agents will be out of the business within two years of receiving their license, so if I can offer some guidance and suggestions, it will give me a great deal of satisfaction. As far as my production, I'm ranked #1 among 13,000 true real estate agents within our MLS of Collin County, Texas. I've been the #1 agent within my subarea of the MLS for the past 22 consecutive years. My home sales average $1.6 million and I sell between $40 to $60 million per year personally. I have a team of 7 excellent luxury agents who will generate another $60 million or so of production.
