Biography:
Despite his young age, Thomas Newson has, over the last few years, made sizeable waves throughout the dance music community. With a seemingly unstoppable run of strong releases, spectacular live shows and major label ventures under his belt, Thomas Newson remains the unprecedented success story of recent memory, having experienced a massive spike of interest in 2014 and built momentum ever since. With the support of artists such as Hardwell, Avicii, Tiësto, W&W and Afrojack amongst others, Newson undoubtedly has the potential to be the heir to Holland’s big room throne.
Having had three tracks hit #1 spots across Beatport’s progressive house, electro house and main charts, Newson has experienced unprecedented success in what is still the first phase of his career, and established himself as one of Dance music’s brightest young stars along the way. With releases on Revealed, Armada Music, Musical Freedom, Spinnin’, and Smash the House already under his belt, and outstanding sets at Tomorrowland, TomorrowWorld and Creamfields gracing his ever growing CV, Newson has the credentials of artists twice his age, and performs with double the style.
After tracks such as ‘Pallaroid’, ‘Timecode’, ‘Shakedown’, ‘Wave Your Hands’ and ‘Summer Vibes’ all proved massively popular, and his shows across Asia as part of the ‘Revealed Presents’ tour in 2015 took his sound global, Thomas’ profile shot into the stratosphere. Soon to embark on a North American bus tour with Revealed boss Hardwell and Kill the Buzz, Newson’s 2016 looks to be his biggest year yet.
