The Mexican fuel theft crisis by The World

Criminal gangs are stealing fuel from pipelines and tanker trucks in Mexico, siphoning off the gas for sale on the black market. It's crime that often happens in the middle of the night, and can be deadly — causing explosions, or showdowns with law enforcement. It's also showing signs of getting worse in Mexico. The World's Monica Campbell talks about the crisis with host Marco Werman.
