"Puppy Love", our fourth album, features a whole new set of songs from the 1930's, the 1960's and the 1970's and one from the 1980's.
And now "Jazzurrection" our fifth album promises many good times with a mix of Jazz standards, Chanson française, Rock, Pop and Calypso music.
The Vocal Chords (featuring *The Cud Chewing Cows) are emulating some of the artists we love from throughout the 20th Century and closely re-creating their sound.
Buddy Holly, Elvis, Beatles, Johnny Cash, The Shadows, Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan, Peter, Paul and Mary, Peter and Gordon, Nina Simone, The Kingston Trio, The Mamas and the Papas, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Dinah Washington, The Manhattan Transfer, Lambert, Hendricks and Ross, Quincy Jones and many others are our sources of inspiration.
