This is a sonification project with SuperCollider by David Runge. It uses the openly available datasets of https://opensnp.org and creates sounds from bases/ base pairs on chromosomes, thus "the sound of people".
As for each human the sequence is distinct, this will open the door to a whole universe of sounds possible to create.
Multi-channel setups (4,6,8,12) are also possible (here you'll only be able to listen to old boring stereo ;) ).
