After years pursuing separate musical endeavors spanning the musical map, the songwriting duo of Dave Ambrose and Lawrence Grodeska have found their sweet spot in San Francisco. The pair met in 2008 through the digital wilds of Craigslist, both tired of the geek day job grind and dreaming of the same musical vision — part power pop, part quirky melodic rock, always tight, always tasty. The Real Numbers are riding high on accolades for their viral video sensation "Do the Wiggle!," a pop-paean to San Francisco's famous bicycle route.
