The Production Suite is a professional Recording Studio based in Dublin city centre, five minutes from Grafton Street,
and provides a relaxed environment for production, arranging, mixing and mastering. We can tailor complete packages for artists and bands. We also cater for artists who have recorded sessions elsewhere and need a great mix (or additional production)
to complete their project. Our many years experience and numerous chart successes can bring the finished sheen to your tracks.
The Studio is equipped with an SSL AWS900SE Mixing Desk and a ProTools HD3 system with Apogee/SSL A/D converters.
We use Protools/ Logic Audio with Plug ins from SSl, Waves, Focusrite, Pultec etc. all synchronised by a Rosendahl master clock.
Monitoring is provided by ProAc Studio 100’s and Yamaha MN10’s with Yamaha amplification.
Outboard is an extensive collection of Manley, Urei and DBX Compressors & Limiters, Tubetech and Neve mic amps, Neve EQ's,
and FX by TC Electronic and Lexicon etc.
A large midi setup is served by Roland, Akai, Waldorf, Novation and is controlled by a fully weighted Studiologic masterboard.
A large sample library is provided in EXS24 and Akai formats. Microphones by Neumann, Beyer and Shure.
The Production Suite is run by Chris O'Brien and Graham Murphy, a Production team whose versatility extends across a broad range of musical styles, having produced and written songs with artists as diverse as;
Human League, Clannad, Remma, Aslan, Whipping Boy, Senekah, Protobaby, Westlife, Lucie Silvas, A House, Gemma Hayes, Lluther, Moya Brennan, Perry Blake, The Blue Nile, The Waterboy's, Something Happens, The Stunning, Angel City, Maria Christensen, Trix, Eimear Quinn, Perry Rose, Fast Eddie Clarke (Motorhead), The Revenants, Dove and multiplatinum selling Japanese group W-inds.
They also contributed to the film and TV scores of Dead Bodies, Presque Rien, H3, Neil Jordan's Breakfast on Pluto, Model Scouts and Celebrity Masterchef.
The Production Suite have also worked for major record labels such as Sony BMG, Universal, Polydor, S Records, EMI,
Ministry of Sound, East-West, Virgin, Chrysalis, Atlantic, Sire, WEA, Warner's, Polygram TV, Rough Trade, RTE, BBC, ITV,
SyCo TV, RMG, Decca, and Trevor Horn's ZTT but they are always on the lookout for emerging unsigned talent.
