Empty chairs at empty tables 14 Aug 2013 by NikkiJo published on 2013-08-14T14:01:06Z Again, lots to fix as per usual. Along with the tired voice, raw throat and zero practice there is also a tiny bit of lag in the vocals behind the backing (sorry about that)but it could be weeks or months before i am well enough to try to record this again so I am uploading this now anyway in the hope it can still bring some joy to others as is, warts and all! I sang this in memory of Theda Myint and all the M.E and Lyme warriors we have lost. I think the words speak for themselves. The song is singing to those lost at the battle frontlines. We too are in a war, those of us with M.E and/or Lyme. We rally together, we plan the uprising and sing of tomorrow, believing that a better future is ahead for us but, tragically, for some, "tomorrow never came". Genre classical crossover Comment by NikkiJo @joanna-eph: Hello! Thank you so much for your lovely comments! I only just got to them now as am too unwell to be on the computer much now! So pleased you liked the song and yes, it is from Le Mis so I guess you have found the lyrics now (but let me know if not!). Le Mis is one of my favourite musicals of all time and i just love this song! 2014-05-25T03:58:54Z Comment by Joanna Eph @joanna-eph: Ah it's from Les Misérables! ^-^" 2014-03-30T12:56:05Z Comment by Joanna Eph Would it be possible to have the lyrics to this? It's incredibly beautiful, and heartbreaking. Your voice touches one right down to the soul. 2014-03-30T12:19:25Z
