Haunted Castle Soundtrack (Updated)| Pleasurewood Hills by British Theme Park Archive Audio published on 2019-09-15T14:58:14Z The complete soundtrack to the Haunted Castle show at Pleasurewood Hills. This very big and memorable attraction was the original show in the park's castle theatre. The full soundtrack has now been rediscovered after 30 years. After a preshow scene, guests came into to a castle auditorium where characters appeared (live action and animated), with Igor the talking vulture, Uncle Boris awakening from his coffin and a mad organist who gets a little carried away. The show ended with the infamous hanging man dropping above the audience and a witch that flew over the scene. The park was American-themed then, hence the Vincent Price impression! This soundtrack was found as part of my book project on Keith Sparks, whose studio produced the whole show for Pleasurewood. Now updated with the missing preshow audio!
