The Hinson Family

On August 2010, God called a couple to the full time ministry of Gospel Music. Weston & Christy followed God into ministry and immediately they felt the impact of God’s endorsement upon their act of obedience through souls being saved, lives being changed, and provision for every need in the operation of the ministry. Over the years since its founding…the group has went through a few changes but the core has always remained the same, and that is to present the gospel of Jesus Christ with conviction and a genuine heart felt nature.

Weston & Christy Hinson consists of three passionate and anointed gospel music singers. This family trio comes with a song and a word that will change lives and stir the souls of many who hear their music. Each one of this up and coming musical group has a testimony and a unique vocal ability that allows them to find their way right into your heart. Many liken the sound of Weston & Christy Hinson to that of gospel music legends, the Original Hinsons. Other influences of musical, vocal, and writing styles include The Rambos, The Goodmans, The Hemphills, The McKameys, The Martins, The Crabb Family, and many others. Weston Hinson, the son of the late Kenny Hinson, has that one of a kind Hinson voice with soul, power, and clarity and his wife Christy Hinson has a powerhouse vocal with conviction and presence, often compared to the Great Vestal Goodman, in her ability to move the listener. Their daughter Jordan adds her rich and smooth tone to the mix to complete a beautiful family harmony that so many love to hear. This group has Gospel Music fans everywhere agreeing they have a sound all their own that you’re going to want to hear. It’s somewhat of a rarity to have a group that has a sound that reaches back to gospel music heritage and brings it to today to have a Gospel Music Revival that will sweep across this great nation like a wild fire.
