Luke's own daughter got down syndrome and he was already thinking about her life and her work after school. There was one time when her daughter had a tour and when she came home it was through her special ed class and she said she didn't wanna do that. He asked her what she wanted and she said she wanted to work with her dad in the office and it kinda became the start of everything. They actually have individuals who work with the Bridges and they are able to scan their documents and index those documents with the help of their job coaches for their research team to utilize it. It is really an inspiring story of a father who took the words of her daughter and made opportunities available for people with disabilities.
