The monthly mixes, curated by Oslo based Plastic Fantastic have become one of our favourite destinations for eclectic and downtempo music so its a real honour to host one of their mixes here on The Electric Disco. Plastic Fantastic is the alias of DJ and producer John Clements. Originally formed as a duo with Eirik Wulff-Engh in 2012, Eirik decided to step away from the partnership in 2020 leaving John to continue Plastic Fantastic as a solo project. The project has had a number of releases on some of the most highly regarded labels in the scene including Aficionado, Balearic Social and Nu Northern Soul, and this mix is a perfect reflection of their output, taking in moments of Ambient, World, New Wave, Jazz and Funk.
