Dexter's last appearance on Bosh was a vinyl release, 'Mambo Beach', back in 2005 and now something of a cult classic. The enigmatic London based producer was a key ingredient of the city's tech house sound in it's heydey, as demonstrated with releases on such iconic labels as Wiggle, Eye 4 Sound, Beat Code, Rescue, Uhuru Beats, Headtunes and more. Needless to say, his tracks have been supported consistently by the cream of tech house DJ's. We are very excited to present this brand new track from Dexter, already gaining great support. Look out for Dexters track 'Fantasia' on the forthcoming Wiggle 25th anniversary compilation.
'Bleep Bloop' grabs you from the off, with a seductive, shuffling beat peppered with dark and moody atmospherics. The darkness is punctuated by shafts of light bursting through with dramatic effect. Ethereal stabs, lush pads and dubby fx create a trippy tapestry of sound. The break treats us to a spine tingling spiritual voice-over, perfectly suited to the deep, emotional vibe of the track. As the groove returns, the track plays out jamming on the hypnotic themes.
The first of the remixes comes from one of our favourite producers of more recent years, Dubman F, making a most welcome debut on Bosh. A very prolific producer with a finely crafted sound which has graced labels including Material Trax, Nervous, Low Pressings, Mr. Carter, Household, Playmobil, Little Helpers and many more. Dubman F. digs into his recipe book and serves up a beefy, percussive workout prime for the dancefloor.
Rounding off the package, a sublimely deep rework from Croatian Producer, The Wheel Man, right on the back of his recent remix of 'Dark Faders' by Paul Donton & Rob Pearson. Stripped right back to basics, a thumping kick, delicate percussion and dubbed out fx make for a warm, hypnotic rendition for those deeper moments. The Wheel Man is owner of labels Zwilling and Forward Education and has graced many other labels including Household, Bombis and Slightly OFF.
