The Ninth Watch The Ninth Watch - playing Night & Day Cafe, Mancheste Manchester The Ninth Watch are a four piece indie band from Manchester [UK]. The band is fronted by vocalist and guitarist Stephen Ahern formerly of Dirty Circus (Sony Columbia Records), with Mike Fieldhouse also on guitar, Ian Holden on bass and Matt Ryan on drums and percussion. The Ninth Watch have recorded tracks with producers Neil Treppas, Seadna McPhail (producer of tracks for Elbow, Badly Drawn Boy, Happy Mondays, Inspiral Carpets and I Am Kloot plus many more) and recently Gareth Nuttall of The Lounge.
