He became obsessed with the idea that the entire universe was as matter-of-fact and logical as he was, and so he began to proclaim that Play was sinful and that it contradicted the apparent ways of Serious Order. It is unknown why people of that day chose to not also observe the Serious Disorder existing all around them and conclude the exact opposite regarding Play. But, nonetheless, they didn't and Greyface and his followers went about playing Life more than participating in it. They were known for bisecting existence into either Order or Disorder and killing those whose non-Order-based lifestyle differed from theirs. And ever since, humans have been caught in a state of suffering, an imbalance both pychologically and spiritually, which has led to our contemporary fear-based societies. However, Greyface himself survived the epochs, existing in the cracks and holes of time itself. In order to sidestep the disdain of humans everywhere and a sure fate of death at their hands, he changed his name to Grayface. A seemingly negligible substitution, but it worked. And, in a hyper dramatic transformation, he also began efforts to redeem himself for the damage his ideas helped cause. He began proclaiming the underlying ethos of Nature as the highest form of Serious Order, and he allowed Play to enter into the process of all his creations. Over the years, he has called many people to help spread this new proclamation.
