It's incredibly difficult if you're in the minority, even if you have a good size team around you. I think there's some magic formula there for someone to figure out that could help solve this problem. I am fortunate to work for an international company that understands that the people that I interact with may not be in the saame time zone where I live. They give me the opportunity to work during the time that I feel are appropriate for my work scope. I loved the thoughts on efficiency and distraction.
