The Fishwives The Fishwives is a group made up of women related to fishermen or working in the UK commercial fishing industry. The project was established and created by Jane Dolby who wanted to 'give something back' to the charity who did so much for her and her family following the death at sea, of her trawler-man husband in 2008. The Fishwives Choir's single was released in the summer of 2013 with all profit going to the Fishermen's Mission to help them continue their wonderful work with seafaring families facing hardship. In 2014 The Fishwives released an EP "Ocean Bound" and performed many gigs across the UK.
