The Dutch Oven Massacre James Hart Hello. I'm James, welcome to my corner of Soundcloud and to the music of my project : The Dutch Oven Massacre. I am a guitarist by trade but in recent years due to life taking over I have had little time for playing and gigging. I have, however, developed a real passion for ambient music, especially dark, drone and soundscapes. I have started to produce a few short tracks of my own which I hope you will enjoy listening to and leaving me feedback on. The name of my project is due to my strange sense of humour (search for "Dutch Oven" on the web if you're not sure of what this is), for some reason the idea of mass killing due to flatulance is strangely amusing to me, a lot like the scene in A Clockwork Orange where the Droogs kill the woman with a giant porcelain phallus, very messed up but bizzarely amusing. I'm sure some of my dark humour crops up in my music from time to time. Anyway I hope you enjoy my music, there will be more coming in the future, please feel free to leave some comments, good or otherwise, I'm always up for some constructive criticism.
