Teo Ricciardella Teo Ricciardella Teo Ricciardella is an Italian-born tenor from southern Italy. Born in Puglia, he immigrated to New York in 1974 at the age of 13. Teo always had a passion for all genres of music, but a special passion for classical pieces. Teo began singing publicly on the pop level. After some years, he discovered he was blessed with a natural gift--a powerful tenor voice. In 2008, Teo sang for the first time, the song made famous by Luciano Pavarotti, “Nessun’ Dorma". Upon realizing the natural gift he had been given, Teo began studying classical music technique under the supervision of Dr. Sal Febbraio, a graduate of Juliard and the Manhattan School of Music, Fordham Graduate School and NYU Graduate School—where he earned many degrees, including Ph.D. and M.M. Ed. Dr. Febbraio confirmed to Teo that his voice and range is totally natural, and it would be difficult to teach a natural talent, but worked with Teo on perfecting his technique. Teo is a true, all-natural lyric to dramatic tenor. Many people have compared Teo's voice and style to Mario Lanza, Luciano Pavarotti and Andrea Bocelli. Coupled with his voice, Teo’s stage presence is astounding. When Teo sings, he connects with his audience—of all ages.
