City Councilor Sean Rose talks City Manager Contract by Talk of the Commonwealth

District 1 City Councilor Sean Rose jumped on the line with us this morning to give us an breakdown of City Manager Ed Augustus' new 5-year contract extension.

Sean is head of the chair of the Municipal Operations Committee that was instrumental in negotiating the deal.
