When I first started using this printer, I was using it on Mac OSX, and it worked perfectly. I had already used it in a previous installation of Mac OSX and I could use USB connection, so I didn't have to downloading the driver. I got tired of dragging everything from the computer to the printer, so I switched to Windows. That was when I started to experiencing problems. When I plugged the printer in my computer, the driver didn't appear in the list, but I needed the printer to recover my paper and my envelopes, so I searched for HP printer and the Samsung SCX-4300 was the first I found. But it didn't worked, so I tried everything I could. Then I found out that I need the HP MFP driver just the file called " "Could not open device 'SD4265" by updating the driver to the latest one, but it finally didn't worked. At that moment, I decided to trying to contact the HP support to get help. They told me that they couldn't help my problem and try to direct me to a section of their website where I could download the latest driver for my printer, which I did. While I was downloading it, I was going to change the default driver of my Windows 7 to the HP printer because I thought that was the problem. What I found out was that it worked and I was able to use it. This problem have been solved. I am so happy about this and I'll never forget this phone number as long as I live,..."
I had a lot of problems getting Windows 10 to work with my HP printer. It seems that to get the right driver for my printer I had to download two different drivers.
