She has co-developed the Virtualinstitute and works in partnership with ICRC, ILO, UNHCR, UNAMA and MSF to enhance the skills of interpreters working in conflict zones; she is founder and Director of InZone. Erin Hayba oversees all of InZone’s initiatives in East Africa. In addition, Erin coordinates the Connected Learning in Crisis Consortium which brings together universities and organizations working to bring online learning to refugee communities.
