Disquiet Junto 430: Solitary ensembles part two featuring mdh (disquiet0430) by Supple.Be.Disquiet.Junto published on 2020-03-29T22:28:01Z I decided to work with @matthewh538 on this one. You can find his original track here: https://soundcloud.com/matthewh538/solitary-ensembles-disquiet0429 I listened to it a couple of times, absent-mindedly noodling along on glockenspiel and recording it. I then chopped up my glockenspiel parts, reversed some, pitched some down, cut and pasted some, and layered and arranged them around what mdh had already made. Some of it doesn’t sound like glockenspiel at all anymore, which is just how I like it. Curious what others will add to this. I’m imagining a sultry tenor sax solo when I listen to it, but I’m sure there are millions of other things you could do with this. It fit the mood I was in quite well: sun on my windows, slightly disoriented and sleepy from the DST hour switch, and all round mellow and at ease from not going to work and commuting and all that. 2020-03-31T12:28:12Z Comment by moduS ponY I like this. so chill. 2020-03-30T01:10:12Z
