The password is "Mexico." (ratchet sequencing demo) by suitandtieguy published on 2011-09-30T08:52:40Z Modular synth, Archangel, ESX-1, JP-8000. the modular is the focus here. there are two voices, lower and upper. the lower voice is a standard 2 VCO->Mixer->P-L/LPF pluck, the upper voice is just VCO->Wave Folder. both voices are fed the same pitch sequence from a Voltage Mini-Store which is getting "hard synced" every 2 bars by a clock from the Time Divider going into its stage one input. the lower voice is getting a straight 8th note clock generated by a Trigger Mini-Store. the upper voice is getting fed a variable-rate clock generated by the voltage-controlled Switch which is juggling 8ths, 16ths, 16th triplets, and 32nd notes from the Time Divider. the sequence that is controlling the Switch is a 32-stage voltage sequence from the Archangel being clocked at 8th notes under external DIN sync control.
