Wonderful Land by Sugar Loaf Walker published on 2009-10-27T11:05:20Z Wonderful Land (The Shadows Cover) - Sugar Loaf Walker One of the first pieces of guitar music I remember listening to as a kid was The Shadows. My father had The Shadows 20 Golden Greats on Vinyl. Later I learnt it was Hank Marvin playing a Fender Stratocaster. Fast forward many years I purchased my first proper guitar, a Fender Stratocaster of course. One evening when watching John Jorgenson at Le QuecumBar in Battersea (London), Hank Marvin walked in and sat at the adjacent table. Big fan boy moment!
