StaNza / 12 MONKEYS RECORDS StaNza aka STNZ Paris It was in the 2000s that STNZ aka StaNza started production. He has become over time a multi-talented artist, who has gained visibility in the small world of French hip-hop in recent years. Winner of the 2008 edition of the BeatMaker Contest in Paris, this unique competition has made him known in the French beatmakers community, through the video of the battle and the different interviews of him and his brother Ouz'One (him also talented producer). Influenced by Soul, Fusion and different musical current of the 70s, his music is easily identifiable by a sampling technique of his own, making it quite unique in the landscape of the French Hip Hop of recent years . As a skilled Emcee, he perpetuates the very American tradition of double-hat artists, as most of those from whom he draws these influences largely (J Dilla, The Alchemist, ...).
