Based in the Southeastern United States, the birthplace and still undisputed home of Bass Music, a new record label is rising up and bringing an International flair and worldly spin on the beloved genre. Helmed by the infamous, Atlanta based, jack-of-all-trades, Sporty-O, TEQUILA RAGE FACE GANG (or #TRFG as it's already affectionately known on Twitter) is poised to bring you the biggest and best tunes from all over the Globe. You may have heard Sporty's name before though. The former Hip-Hop star made a huge splash with his early music career and spun that into movie appearances in such films like Van Wilder 2: The Rise of Taj, Road Trip 2, and Preacher's Kid. Thus leading him to even a reoccurring starring role on Jamie Kennedy's MTV show "Blowing Up". But it wasn't until one fateful day in 2007, that Sporty's longtime friend DJ LETHAL (of House Of Pain and Limp Bizkit fame) introduced Sporty to the legendary breakbeat artists, Aquasky, that Sporty's life changed forever. Together they recorded the chart topping "Outta Control" track, and Sporty was forever bitten by the EDM bug ever since. Going on to release smash after smash hit with the who's who of Bass. AC Slater, Calvertron, Codes, Dank, Deekline, DJ Fixx, Dodge & Fuski, Electric Soulside, Hirshee, J-Trick, Juggernaut, Krafty Kuts, Peace Treaty, Pyramid, Reid Speed, Specimen A, Stanton Warriors all have had Sporty on one of their tracks. And that's just to name a few!! In 2010 Sporty's collaboration with Brazilian House Sensation, Felguk, titled "2nite" became the theme song for Electric Daisy Carnival's last year in Los Angeles before it's move to Las Vegas. After working with the who's who in the EDM industry it only seems like a logical progression for Sporty to start his own label, to express and push his love for the music even more. Sporty has traveled all across the planet to bring you the best artists from the Seven Continents. #TRFG's first release, yet another smash hit by Sporty-O, titled "Bass Down, Hands Up" is no exception. Teaming up with Tokyo based producer Kisskaya, for the original, and Spain's famous Breaks Mafia for the remix, Sporty brings his unique and immediately identifiable flow to two separate amazingly produced tracks yet again. Kisskaya puts a "Festival House" spin on Sporty's source material, making it sure to be one of the largest Big Room anthems of the year. Then, in a nod to Sporty's roots in breakbeat, Breaks Mafia takes the remix to new heights flowing in between the Funky to the NuSkool sound seamlessly. Make sure to grab the debut release from the new label, TEQUILA RAGE FACE GANG later this month exclusively on Beatport. Then on all other digital download outlets in Mid-September. Let's rage!
