SONO UNICA is a musical concept that was started - as the name suggests - to bring something unique to the Nordics. Until the summer of 2013 SONO UNICA was purely a monthly podcast, an escape to something we all loved. In the summer of 2013 the first SONO UNICA Showcase was arranged. It was a decorative, free daytime outdoor event that kickstarted and expanded our concept to something beyond just a podcast. We started to attract the right audience, an audience who really understand what it's all about. Building on the success of the first event a second event was soon arranged in Stockholms tallest building, Kaknästornet. That event was the final nail in the coffin for us. We wanted alot more. Today we make events on a regular basis, both outdoors and indoors. The common thread that binds together our concept with our events is that the locations always are unique in its kind. We always strive to bring that little extra to the table, something that will stick with our audience. SONO UNICA is an experience to remember. The core crew of SONO UNICA consists of all DJs and artists with an average of over 10 years of DJ experience in the scene - all striving towards the same goal - to push the concept even further.
