TEARS by SMCR

Tears was inspired by a storm that was taking place in my life around February 2018. A myriad of circumstances led to an eviction and facing one year in jail possibly more. I was at my lowest, looking at my family as we packed up and headed to a hotel to seek shelter. One day after work I was up late at night while everyone slept, and I began to weep uncontrollably. I cried out to GOD for peace and understanding that everything would be alright. Exodus 14:14 states that the LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still. Reading that verse shifted my perspective into knowing that not only will things get better, but it all works out for my good. With a new found sense of hope and motivation, TEARS was formed.
