Which METAL-fan is not yearning for the glorious great times in the Eighties when there still existed a big HEAVY METAL-community with the general motto „Get your ears blasted with HEAVY METAL, party on and just have fun!“Founded 1995 by singer Dragon Power and reinforced 1998 by high-skilled multi-instrumentalist Tommy Thunder, SIRENS wants to resuscitate this spirit with their HEAVY FUCKIN’METAL-signature sound! Clearly orientated on some old heroes like Iron Maiden, but also the thrashing Power METAL, SIRENS do anyhow not excluding new influences, what became clear through the old SIRENS-classics „Free Your Mind“, „B-Head Your Move“ or „Mindfood“, which were released on several samplers and compilations in the whole world. The album „METAL Matrix“, featuring songs like „InsanityLust“, „Dead Hot Heroes“, or „Thunderkings“ settled a step into a both heavier and more epic musical direction, the hookline-bangers „Away“ and „SOS“ not to forget. Brandnew tracks like „In Goat We Trust“, „End Eden“, „Promises In The Dark“ or „North Of Hell“ that soon will be released, show the musical developments and the savage frenzy and untamed creativity of Dragon and Tommy. But SIRENS never forget about their roots and are one thing mainly: HEAVY!!! In their liveshows they also paid tribute to the glorious METAL of the Eighties and so you could expect an extravagant and wild stageshow as you can watch for sure on the „“Hail To METAL! –VideoGold“ Double-DVD-release.
