Es ist uns ein besonderes Anliegen und eine grosse Freude unseren nächsten Artisten für unsere Podcast Serie vorzustellen. Ein Mann, der eher im Hintergrund wirkt und dennoch so vieles bewegt! Es gibt fast nichts im Musikbiz, wo er nicht aktiv seine Spuren hinterlässt. Sei es als Produzent, Dj, Labelhead oder Radiomoderator!
Ihn zeichnet seine umfangreichen Kenntnisse der Musikgeschichte aus, was Ihr in seinem Mix auch gleich hören werdet. Er nimmt uns auf eine Reise durch die Zeit mit, in welcher sich Stile so geschmeidig ineinander mischen, als hätten sie schon immer zueinander gehört!
Musik schreibt und lebt Sanderson Dear seit 1989. Erst als Mitglied in einer Industrial Band und ab ca. 2000 herum dann in seinem eigenen Studio in Toronto (CA). Seine Releases, heben sich in Stil und Aufbau deutlich vom Mainstream ab, was z.B. der Track «Warm Embrace» aus seinem ersten Album widerspiegelt.
2002 gründetet Sanderson sein Label Stasis Recordings und beweist mit einem sicheren Händchen, dass ein Label im Stil zwar variieren kann und dennoch alle Releases sich grossartig ergänzen. Unermüdlich treibt er das Label voran und fördert die Label Artisten, z.B. auch in seiner monatlichen Radio Show auf Timeline Music.
Sein letzter Podcast für die Deep Breakfast Serie hat gezeigt, dass er mit seiner Musik total flashen kann und genau darum freuen wir uns, ihn auch für uns gewonnen zu haben.

It is a special request and a great pleasure to introduce our next artist for our podcast series. A man who works rather in the background and yet moves so much! There is almost nothing in the music biz where he does not actively leave his mark. Be it as a producer, Dj, labelhead or radio host!
He is characterized by his extensive knowledge of music history, which you will hear in his mix right away. He takes us on a journey through time, in which styles mix so smoothly into each other, as if they had always belonged to each other!
Sanderson Dear has been writing and living music since 1989, first as a member of an industrial band and from around 2000 onwards in his own studio in Toronto (CA). His releases stand out from the mainstream in style and structure, which is reflected in the track "Warm Embrace" from his first album.
In 2002 Sanderson founded his label Stasis Recordings and proves with a sure hand that a label can vary in style and still all releases complement each other great. He tirelessly pushes the label and promotes label artists, including on his monthly radio show on Timeline Music.
His last podcast for the Deep Breakfast series showed that he can totally flash with his music and that's exactly why we are happy to have him join us.
