You are urged to only do movements in the range of ease, which is much harder than moving at end range. What is ease? Should I feel a good "stretch"? - No! This is a learning space not a stretch or fitness class. The movements are small but the demand of attention is big. Its not about being "good" its about having the space to learn something about yourself. Go small, go slow, take it easy and always move in the range well short of strain and end range. What you are looking for is where do you have to "let go" to allow the described movement pathway to be easier. Where do you not even know you "hold" that is making the suggested movement difficult. Go slow and be curious. Pain is NEVER an option. Stop if you experience pain.
